Personal Data Processing Consent

By checking the box in the registration form, order form, subscription, material upload, or by continuing to use the services after the cookie notice is displayed, the user freely, voluntarily and in their own interest gives consent to Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Pinaev to process their personal data on the terms set out below.

  • providing access to programs, materials, photo diary and analysis functions;
  • service notifications, responses to inquiries and user support;
  • ensuring security, preventing abuse and fulfilling the requirements of the applicable legislation.

3. Actions with Data

4. Transfer to Third Parties and Cross-Border Processing

The user agrees that data may be transferred to contractors and services involved in the technical maintenance of the website, payment, delivery and communications, to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes.

The user is notified that when using Cloudflare, Telegram, WhatsApp and other foreign platforms, technical connection data and identifiers may be processed outside the user's country of residence in accordance with the rules of such services.

5. Validity Period and Withdrawal of Consent

The consent is valid until the processing purposes are achieved, the contractual relationship is terminated, or until it is withdrawn by the personal data subject, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • the user confirms the accuracy of the data provided;
  • when uploading photos, the user confirms that they have the right to dispose of such materials;
